Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy protects users, advertisers, providers, and the integrity of the reward economy. It applies to everyone who uses Recompensated and forms part of the Terms of Service. Enforcement is proportionate: minor issues may lead to a warning or a hold, while serious or repeated abuse can lead to reversal of earnings, suspension, or permanent closure and refusal of payouts.

Account and identity

You must not:

• Operate more than one account, or share, sell, or transfer an account.
• Use a fake, stolen, or another person's identity, or misrepresent who you are.
• Let another person use your account to earn, or earn on behalf of others to circumvent limits.

Automation and technical manipulation

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, macros, or any automation to complete offers, surveys, PTC, or other activity.
• Use emulators, virtual machines, or device farms to fake real usage.
• Use unauthorised VPNs, VPS, or proxies, or spoof your location, device, or environment.
• Manipulate cookies, tampering with or blocking tracking that a reward legitimately requires.
• Interfere with, circumvent, or reverse engineer provider tracking, security, or anti-fraud measures.

Rewards, referrals, and promotions

You must not:

• Create fraudulent, self-, or fake-account referrals, or generate non-genuine referral traffic.
• Abuse promo or social-media codes, or attempt to redeem beyond their intended limits.
• Manipulate leaderboards, raffles, the wheel, cases, or other promotional systems.
• Exploit bugs, pricing errors, or crediting errors instead of reporting them.
• Submit fake conversions or attempt to obtain credit for activity you did not genuinely complete.

Payments and payouts

You must not:

• Engage in payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or use payout destinations that are not lawfully yours.
• Attempt to launder value through the platform or its payout methods.
• Provide false payout details to obtain rewards you are not entitled to.

Security, data, and conduct

You must not:

• Attempt to access, probe, scan, or test the platform's security without authorisation, or access data or accounts that are not yours.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the platform, or reverse engineer it except where mandatory law allows.
• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage the service.
• Harass, threaten, spam, or abuse other users or staff, or post illegal, hateful, or infringing content.
• Use the platform for any illegal activity.

Reporting and enforcement

If you find a bug, exploit, or security issue, report it through support instead of exploiting it. We may investigate suspected breaches, place holds pending review, reverse improperly obtained rewards, and suspend or close accounts. Where required, we may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities. If you believe enforcement action against you is a mistake, you can contact support for review.
