Acceptable Use Policy | Recompensated

1. Purpose and application

This policy applies to every visitor and user and forms part of the Recompensated Terms and Conditions. Direct conduct, attempts, facilitation, coordination, and assisting another person with the conduct below are all prohibited.

Measures are selected according to severity, repetition, intent, harm, risk, account history, and user cooperation.

2. Accounts, identity, and eligibility

Do not create, control, or use more than one account or use intermediaries.
Do not buy, sell, transfer, lend, or share an account.
Do not use false, stolen, or unauthorised identities, documents, emails, numbers, social profiles, or payout details.
Do not impersonate an employee, moderator, partner, provider, or official representative.
Do not bypass age, country, residence, eligibility, or verification requirements.

3. Automation and simulated activity

Do not use bots, scripts, macros, clickers, abusive auto-fill tools, or other automation for activity requiring genuine human action.
Do not use emulators, virtual machines, device farms, or mass browser profiles to simulate distinct users or devices.
Do not buy, sell, or generate non-genuine traffic, installations, leads, answers, views, or conversions.
Do not use artificial intelligence or automated content to provide false, inauthentic, or non-compliant survey or partner answers.

4. Location, device, and network

Do not use a VPN, proxy, VPS, Tor, DNS, or routing to hide country, simulate eligibility, or bypass a partner restriction.
Do not spoof GPS, time zone, user agent, device identifiers, browser profile, IP address, or other signals.
Legitimate use of a privacy network is not prohibited by itself, but an offer may reject such a connection and use for circumvention or fraud is prohibited.

5. Offers, surveys, cashback, and tracking

Do not claim completion of an activity you did not perform fully and as instructed.
Do not repeat a new-user offer, create multiple installations or accounts, or reuse details to obtain repeated credit.
Do not provide false, random, contradictory, or copied answers or bypass quality controls.
Do not modify identifiers, postbacks, parameters, cookies, or requests or inject, selectively block, or forge tracking to obtain credit.
Do not return, cancel, or dispute a purchase after receiving cashback with the intention of retaining the reward.
Do not exploit a price, credit, or attribution error. Stop and report the error.

6. Referrals, promotions, and leaderboards

Do not refer yourself or refer accounts you control.
Do not coordinate fake signups, account exchanges, or groups formed to multiply bonuses.
Do not redeem a code beyond its limit or manipulate missions, streaks, events, achievements, or leaderboards.
Do not use spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or misleading statements to promote a code.

7. Payouts, orders, and value

Do not use a payout destination, identity, card, email, wallet, or Steam URL without the owner permission.
Do not make false chargebacks, duplicate claims, refund fraud, or disputes after correct delivery of a reward.
Do not use the platform for money laundering, layering, buying or selling points, or unauthorised value transfer.
Do not manipulate price, availability, an idempotency key, API requests, or an order status.

8. Security and system integrity

Do not access or attempt to access accounts, data, endpoints, panels, or systems without authorisation.
Do not probe, scan, test, exploit, or bypass security outside a written testing agreement.
Do not upload malware, destructive code, or phishing material or cause unavailability or disproportionate resource consumption.
Do not conduct mass scraping, data harvesting, reverse engineering, or systematic copying, except for rights granted by mandatory law.
Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before allowing a reasonable remediation period.

9. Chat, support, and content

Do not publish threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, illegal sexual content, personal data of others, or material that infringes rights.
Do not spam or distribute scams, phishing, malware, unauthorised promotions, or instructions for defrauding the platform or partners.
Do not abuse staff, moderators, or the ticket system or repeatedly submit false complaints.
Do not publish passwords, 2FA codes, keys, tokens, sensitive URLs, or payout details. Support will not ask for your password.

10. Investigation and preservation of evidence

We may preserve relevant logs, correlate signals, consult partners, and request proportionate explanations or documents. You must not delete, alter, or falsify evidence or create further accounts during a restriction.

Points, orders, and withdrawals connected to an investigation may be held for as long as reasonably necessary.

11. Enforcement and appeal

Depending on the case, we may issue a warning, remove content, reject activity, correct points, reverse undue benefits, limit a feature, require reverification, temporarily suspend, or close the account. We may act immediately without prior notice where there is fraud, security risk, continuing harm, a legal obligation, or a risk of losing funds or evidence.

Where legally possible and without compromising the investigation, we communicate the main reason. You may appeal through support and request human review. An appeal does not automatically stay the measure, but the measure may be varied or lifted.

12. Reporting and language

Report fraud, an error, or a vulnerability through the support system. Do not exploit the issue and provide only the information needed for safe reproduction.

To report content you believe is illegal in the European Union, use the dedicated Report illegal content link in the footer. The mechanism issues a private reference, allows status tracking, and provides a reasoned decision and information about available redress.

If a notice leads to a restriction of content associated with a member account, the affected member receives a separate statement of reasons with the ground, scope, duration, automation disclosure, and contest routes.

The policy is published only in Romanian and English. If there is a translation discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
