1. Scope
This policy governs the referral programme available to Recompensated users and any promotion made through a personal code or link. It supplements the Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy.
The current programme grants commission in points for eligible activity by referred users. It does not create employment, agency, representation, franchise, or partnership between the affiliate and Recompensated.
2. Eligibility and independence
A user with an account in good standing who meets the minimum age and one-account rule may participate. You may not participate through accounts controlled directly or indirectly by you and may not refer yourself.
You act in your own name and are responsible for your channels, statements, taxes, and obligations. You have no authority to contract, promise payment, accept legal process, or make official statements on behalf of Recompensated.
3. Permitted promotion
You may share the link on your website, social profiles, content, or messages if the relevant platform permits it and the communication is lawful, accurate, and directed to an eligible audience.
You may use brand materials officially made available, without misleading modification. Any other use of the name, logo, or visual identity requires permission.
4. Relationship disclosure and earnings claims
You must state clearly, visibly, and close to the recommendation that the link or code is a referral and that you may receive points or commission if a person signs up or completes eligible activity. The disclosure must not be hidden in hashtags, footers, separate pages, or behind a "more" control.
You may not guarantee earnings, payout time, availability, passive income, or typical results without current evidence and presentation of relevant conditions. Any example must be described as an example rather than a certain result.
5. Prohibited methods
- Spam, purchased lists, unsolicited automated messages, or electronic marketing without the required legal basis.
- False claims, material omissions, fabricated reviews, fake accounts, or presentation as an official Recompensated site, employee, or channel.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, paid incentives for false activity, or control over the referred account.
- Bots, automated clicks, device farms, undisclosed purchased traffic, malware, adware, or other non-genuine sources.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, invisible iframes, or attribution without a genuine choice by the person.
- Bidding on the Recompensated brand, similar domains, typosquatting, or advertising that imitates the official channel without written permission.
- Promotion alongside illegal, violent, discriminatory, fraudulent, or inappropriate adult content or content directed at people under 18.
- Interference with tracking, spoofing country, device, or identity, or teaching others to bypass rules.
6. Attribution and duration
Attribution relies on the code or link, a short-lived server-side session, and the relationship recorded at signup. Recompensated does not create a separate persistent referral cookie. Attribution may fail if the session expires, another code is applied, or the criteria are not met.
A referred person may have only one recorded referral relationship. We do not guarantee retroactive attribution where sufficient technical evidence is unavailable.
7. Commission calculation and validation
The current rate and level are displayed in the referrals area and apply to activity eligible under the programme. Commission is calculated in points from the eligible value recorded by the system, not from gross remuneration or commercial margin received by Recompensated from a partner.
Commission remains provisional until the underlying activity is validated. If the activity is held, rejected, cancelled, duplicated, or reversed, the related commission may be proportionately held or reversed.
8. Programme changes
We may prospectively change rates, levels, eligible activities, limits, and programme mechanisms for commercial, cost, fraud, performance, or partner reasons. Current values will be displayed in the referrals area.
A change does not justify arbitrary reversal of commission already validated. Corrections for fraud, duplication, chargeback, error, or reversal of the underlying activity remain possible.
9. Review, suspension, and appeal
We may review traffic sources, materials, and attribution patterns and temporarily hold commission while doing so. We may request reasonable evidence about the channel and marketing consent.
Breaches may result in content removal, reversal of undue commission, referral-programme restrictions, suspension, or account closure. We may act without prior notice for fraud, spam, impersonation, or immediate risk. You may appeal through support.
10. Personal data and language
If you collect data through your own channels, you are responsible for notice, legal basis, security, and data-subject requests. You must not send us contact lists or sensitive data for the referral programme.
The policy is published only in Romanian and English. If there is a translation discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
