Affiliate Policy

What this policy covers

This policy governs the Recompensated referral programme, under which registered users ("affiliates") share personal referral codes and links to invite new users and can earn referral commission in points on eligible activity by the people they refer. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.

There is currently no separate affiliate dashboard or cash-commission programme beyond the in-product referral system; any future affiliate programme will be governed by its own additional terms.

Who may participate

Any user with an account in good standing may participate, subject to eligibility and the one-account-per-person rule. Employees, staff, and moderators may be excluded or restricted from earning referral commission where a conflict of interest exists.

Permitted use of links and codes

You may share your referral link or code on your own channels — social media, messaging, communities where sharing is allowed, or your own website — provided your promotion is honest, lawful, and not misleading. You may describe the platform accurately, but you may not present yourself as the operator or as speaking for Recompensated.

Required advertising disclosure

When you post a referral link or code, you must clearly disclose that it is a referral or affiliate link and that you may receive a reward if someone signs up or earns through it. Disclosures must be clear, prominent, and close to the link (for example "referral link"), in line with EU and Romanian unfair-commercial-practices rules and platform disclosure requirements. Hidden or buried disclosures are not allowed.

Prohibited promotional methods

You must not use any of the following to promote your link or code:

• Spam — unsolicited bulk email, messages, comments, or posts.
• Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about earnings, payouts, odds, or endorsements.
• Bidding on Recompensated trademarks or brand terms in paid search, or otherwise misusing our name, logo, or brand.
• Paid advertising that impersonates Recompensated, an official channel, or a partner.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any technique that drops referral tracking without a genuine user action.
• Self-referrals, referring accounts you control, or creating fake or duplicate accounts.
• Bot traffic, automated sign-ups, incentivised fake activity, or other fraudulent or non-genuine traffic.
• Promotion on sites or in ways that are illegal, deceptive, adult where prohibited, or targeted at people below the minimum age.

Commission validation, reversals, and payment

Referral commission is provisional until the underlying activity is validated. We may hold, adjust, or reverse commission where the referred activity is reversed by a provider, where fraud, self-referral, duplicate accounts, or non-genuine traffic is detected, or where a clear error occurred. Commission is credited as points under the rules shown in the referral area and is subject to the same holds and reversals as other earnings.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove your ability to earn referral commission, reverse improperly earned commission, and suspend or close accounts that breach this policy, the Terms, or the Acceptable Use Policy. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent removal from the programme.

Data protection and record-keeping

When you promote your link you must respect data-protection and anti-spam law, including obtaining any consent required before sending electronic marketing. You are responsible for your own promotional channels. We process referral relationships and commissions as described in the Privacy Policy.
