Missing points guide

If an offer does not credit, contact the offerwall directly using the instructions below. Approved claims should still credit automatically after review.

1 Check your holds first Many offers sit in a review window before crediting. Look at your offers on hold before opening a claim.

2 Give it the stated delay Most offers list a crediting delay on their card. Apps and trials can take up to a few days to confirm.

3 Contact the offerwall Only the provider can see your offer session, so missing-credit claims go through their own support form below.

Click Support, select the offer that did not credit, and submit a request there.

Revenue Wall

Scroll down, click Contact Us, and complete the request form.

Kiwi Wall

Scroll down, click Wall Support, and fill out a request.

OfferToro

Click My Points, select the missing offer, and submit a request.

OfferDaddy

Click Account, select the missing offer, and fill out the support form.

AdGem

Open Reward, select the missing offer, and submit your request.

Wannads

Click the question mark icon, select the missing offer, and submit the request.
