If an offer does not credit, contact the offerwall directly using the instructions below. Approved claims should still credit automatically after review.
Click Support, select the offer that did not credit, and submit a request there.
Scroll down, click Contact Us, and complete the request form.
Scroll down, click Wall Support, and fill out a request.
Click My Points, select the missing offer, and submit a request.
Open the menu, go to Statistics, choose the survey that did not credit, and contact support there.
Click Account, select the missing offer, and fill out the support form.
Open Reward, select the missing offer, and submit your request.
Click the question mark icon, select the missing offer, and submit the request.
Click Support and fill out a request with the offer details.
