We have added identity verification through Didit before new withdrawal requests and reward redemptions. The check uses an identity document and a selfie to help protect accounts and prevent misuse of payouts.

You normally complete it once. Once your verification is approved, the result is saved to your Recompensated account and reused for future withdrawals. You will not need to start another check with every request. If the verification later expires or changes status, another check or a support review may be needed.

You can still sign up, log in and earn points as usual. Verification is requested when you withdraw or redeem a delivered reward, including any enabled gift-card or CS2 skin option. Existing withdrawal requests keep their current review process.

To get started, open Identity verification, read the information and give your separate consent before continuing to Didit. Your document and selfie are processed by Didit. Recompensated saves the verification reference, status and consent record, not copies of your document or selfie. Didit session retention is configured to one month.

We have updated the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to explain the check and how the data is handled. Approval does not change the usual withdrawal limits, security checks or payout review. If you cannot complete verification or believe a result is wrong, contact the team through Support in the chat for a review.

Haunted Rewards runs from October 17 to November 14, 2026, inclusive. It starts at 00:00 on October 17 and closes at 00:00 on November 15, Bucharest time. The event page already has the countdown. Here is what we are preparing for launch.

Eight missions will track your activity during the event: complete 1, 5 and 15 confirmed offers; earn from 3 different offerwall partners; earn on 3 different days; claim the free Daily Bonus on 7 event days; and reach 5,000 and 20,000 eligible offerwall points. The offer milestones and point milestones each count as separate missions.

Four collectibles will have two ways to unlock them. Reach the mission count or the eligible points total:

• Pumpkin Keeper: an optional avatar, unlocked with 2 missions or 2,500 points.
• Haunted Hunter: an animated profile badge, unlocked with 4 missions or 10,000 points.
• Ember Halo: an animated avatar frame, unlocked with 6 missions or 25,000 points.
• Haunted Legend: the final animated profile badge, unlocked with all 8 missions or 50,000 points.

These are progress targets, not prices: claiming a collectible will not spend your points. The avatar is equipped only when you choose to use it, and claimed collectibles remain yours after the event.

A separate event leaderboard will count confirmed base offerwall points earned during the event. Spending those points will not reduce your score. Pending offers, reversed credits, referral commissions and bonus points will not count; held rewards must be released before the deadline. Standings remain provisional until the final results are checked. The top three eligible members will receive permanent chat titles: Halloween Reaper, Vault Warden and Phantom Collector. These are cosmetic titles, not cash prizes.

Watch for the Halloween Bat. We are preparing random visits while you actively browse with a verified email account. The first visit and later visits are scheduled 30–60 minutes apart; time spent offline does not build up visits. You will have 90 seconds to catch it for 1–10 bonus points. Those bonus points will not count toward event missions, ranking or withdrawal unlock progress.

For now, the live event page is a preview with a countdown. Missions, collectible claims, the event leaderboard and bat rewards are planned for launch and are not available yet. Check Haunted Rewards and News for the launch update.
