Write down the four dates
- The day you start the subscription.
- The earliest day the offer permits cancellation.
- The next billing or renewal date.
- The deadline for completing every reward requirement.
Keep evidence without exposing sensitive details
Save the offer terms, confirmation email, and order reference. If you later contact support, share only the information needed to match the transaction and hide full card numbers or unrelated personal data.
Set your own reminder
Put the permitted cancellation date and renewal date in your calendar immediately. A reminder is more reliable than expecting the reward platform to manage a separate company's subscription for you.
